The practices & explanations were recorded in Merigar by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu alone, in September of 2001. The practices have been divided into seperate tracks for easy memorisation. The explanations are in English and would be best accompanied by the two booklets Tundus & Tundrin published by Shang Shung Edizioni.
