Commentary on the Nondro

Commentary on the Nondro contains teachings given Chogyal Namkhai Norbu in Merigar in September 1990. It is a commentary on the Stairway to Liberation instructions on the so called preliminary practices of Dzogchen. The text gives detailed explanations of various mind trainings, Guruyoga as well as different practices aimed at separating mind from the nature of mind Khorde Rushen.

This book is best understood when read together with the original text contained in the Stairway to Liberation by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu.
