From Boston:
Take Mass Pike/Rt 90 East to Rt. 91 North and follow directions below at ***.
From New York and Connecticut:
Connect with Rt. 84 East and then follow directions to Rt. 91 North below at ***.
From Points North (Vermont):
Take Rt. 91 South:
Take a right off Exit 25 towards Rte. 116N to Conway/Ashfield.

* * * Follow Rt. 116 N towards Conway.
From Points South (Northampton, Boston, or Bradley Airport):
Take Rt. 91 North: Exit 24 - Take a right off the exit ramp onto Rts. 5 & 10 which takes you to Rte. 116N. You will pass several stores including Yankee Candle on your left. Continue straight until the third set of lights. > At the 3rd set of lights (you are on Rtes. 5&10 at the moment), take a LEFT onto Rte. 116N towards Conway.
* * * Follow Rt. 116 N towards Conway
Follow the curvy road staying on Rt. 116 for approx. 15 minutes (est. 6 miles) to the center of Conway. On Rt. 116N you will pass the Mobile gas station on your right, the Conway Elementary School on your right, and the Conway Landscape Design School on your left. Continue on Rt. 116 N passing the Greenfield Savings Bank on your right, shortly after which you will enter Conway’s rural center. The Conway Inn will be on your left and you’ll pass the Post Office on your right. After you pass a small Sunoco station/store called Baker's on the Left at the top of the small incline, Rt. 116 N will curve to the right.
Take the LEFT onto Maple Street after Baker’s. There is a small triangular island and a sign for Maple Street.
Then take an immediate LEFT onto Maple Street again.
And a third LEFT, directly onto Schoolhouse Road and up a small hill. You will see a sign for the Dzogchen Community. We are the big old schoolhouse at the top of the hill on the right.

Travel to/from the Institute
Those traveling from long distances can fly into Bradley International Airport (Hartford, CT), Logan International airport (Boston, MA), or NYC airports (Kennedy or La Guardia). Bus transportation and Amtrak train service are available from some of these points of arrival (Boston, NYC and other US cities). Amherst, MA is the nearest Amtrak station from Conway. Peter Pan and other bus companies provide services from major cities into Northampton, the closest bus station to Conway. Northampton and Amherst are appropriately 30 minutes from Conway.
